  • If the customer refuses to allow a correction attempt before requesting a refund.

4. Fees & Costs

  • If a refund is granted, any materials purchased for the job may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a service visit is required for rework beyond the original scope, additional costs may apply.
  • Processing of refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
